A NEW WAY TO GET YOUR MEDICINES AND APPLIANCES - EPS
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is an NHS Service that gives you the chance to change how your GP sends your prescriptions to the Pharmacy you choose!

EPS is a reliable, secure and confidential service. Electronic prescriptions are seen by the same people in GP practices, pharmacies and NHS prescription payment and fraud agencies that see your paper prescription now.
This service is ideal for those who have stable conditions and get regular repeat prescriptions from the same place. If you do not get prescriptions often or collect from different places, then this service may not be for you.
If our pharmacies already manage your repeat prescriptions or you would like us to do so, EPS means that you do not have visit your GP or Pharmacy to sort out your medications, saving you time and effort. It also means that the prescription will be sent to the Pharmacy in due time in order for us to get them ready in time and if ever a medicine is out of stock, they can be ordered for you so that you’re never waiting around upon collection or asked to return on a later date.
When your medication is ready, we will text you to let you know so you can collect it swiftly.
Alternatively, if you choose to opt with our free delivery service, we can have it sent to your door at no cost.
